I have enjoyed countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar wager

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
