Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a rollercoaster. It’s a game that starts slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom drops.
black jack is so much like a rollercoaster the similarities are ghastly. As with the popular amusement park experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will appear to be going great for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. Of course you have to be a gambler that shall be able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game simply because the game of blackjack is choked full of them.
If you like the petite coaster, a coaster that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a bigger wager, then hop on for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because they are not thinking on the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a crazy fun ride … your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t always remember how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that catastrophic drop as clear as day.
